How do we get there?
I’m thrilled to share that our first session will be completely FREE! This first session is essential for both of us: you’ll get to know me as your coach, and I’ll gain valuable insights into your fitness levels, aspirations, and understanding of martial arts.
During this session, we’ll kick things off with a workout, and then we’ll cover the fundamental mechanics of the basic punches—ensuring proper technique, developing good habits, and establishing a solid foundation of the class dynamic.
By the end, we’ll discuss and decide which program best suits you. It will be my honor to be a part of your fitness journey and I can’t wait to get started!

Kickboxing Fitness Classes
These unique exercise classes are designed to target strength/conditioning, endurance, and martial arts fitness. With a limited number of members per class, you'll enjoy personalized attention while working out with friends or making new ones! Bringing a friend is encouraged! Join us for a dynamic and supportive fitness experience!
Personal Training Sessions
During private sessions, you'll experience focused, one-on-one coaching in 60-minute sessions tailored specifically to your goals. We’ll incorporate a balanced mix of strength building, cardio/endurance, calisthenics, and kickboxing/self defense. With my full attention on you, I’ll ensure proper form and technique while crafting a customized plan to help you achieve your fitness aspirations effectively and safely.

As a special forces combat veteran with a background in fitness and martial arts, I’m all about pushing limits and finding that perfect balance between hard work, learning, and having fun. Whether you're crushing your first push-up or perfecting your roundhouse kick, I’m right there with you, helping you smash goals and have a blast while doing it!
